Volunteer Opportunities
Every helping hand counts
With a small staff base, volunteers are needed and encouraged to help with the programs that we serve.
"The volunteers here never made me feel belittled by my circumstances. They gave me a sense of help, care and joy.”

Your Neighbors Need Your Support
Below you’ll find a few of our most popular volunteer opportunities but don’t feel limited! If you have a unique skill, idea, or passion, we’d love to find a way for you to get involved. Together, we can continue walking alongside our neighbors with compassion, dignity, and care.

Ensuring neighbors are nourished with food and love
Our longest-running program provides warm, home-cooked meals to neighbors every weekday at 11 a.m. Volunteers are needed from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to help with meal prep, serving, and cleanup. It’s more than just serving food. It’s about sharing compassion, conversation, and community around the table.

Server – Neighbors are served plated meals just as they would receive in a restaurant. Servers arrive by 10:30am to prepare plates and serve.
